RACC Dog & Cat Show

We're thrilled to announce that our second Muttminster • Meowminster dog & cat show held on February 22, 2026 was a tremendous success, raising over $43,000 for the Tommie Fund! A heartfelt thank you to everyone who supported this event. Special thanks to Main Street Station for providing a fantastic venue, our generous sponsors, and the incredible Wicker & Wilde team from Mix 98.1 Richmond. We're also grateful to our vendors, food trucks, judges, RACC staff, RACC volunteers, RACC Foundation Board members, and everyone who contributed to making this event possible. We already can’t wait for next year!

Event Details

Muttminster • Meowminster is a play on Westminster and is a fundraiser for RACCF’s Tommie Fund, which helps cover the cost of emergency medical care for sick and injured animals at participating public animal control agencies in Virginia.

Imagine adorable fur babies competing for the coveted title of Best in Show, plus great vendors, food trucks, and tons of fun activities for the whole family to enjoy!

Date & Time: February 28, 2027 from 12 PM to 4 PM

Event Fee: A monetary donation (any amount) at the door
